Attard was the first village visited by the Archbishop for his pastoral visits to the country’s parishes. For this occasion the group was invited to animate the 9.00 o’clock mass at the Attard parish church after which the group performed a guard of honour for the Bishop arrival. The group’s leaders and committee then attended the pastoral meeting held by the archbishop with the village organisations.
