For the first time the President’s Charity Fun Run and Walk was held in December to raise funds for L-Istrina. Our group participated in this activity. Its venture leader and some ventures were bold enough to run the way from the San Anton Palace to Valetta. The troop section, the GSL, leaders of other sections together with members of the group's committee joined the walk from Birkirkara to Valletta. Naturally all participants contributed to the sum collected. This activity was also part of the group’s social responsibility.
