The annual fund raising BBQ was another record breaking activity
with 220 people attending this year’s activity. The now customary mouth watering
salads ably prepared by Mr. Salvino Borg with the assistance of committee members and
their families were again a hit with the guests. There was the usual headache of
seating, lighting and the rest of logistics but with everybody’s help the activity
went smoothly and without a hitch. Our special thanks for the sponsors of the event
who contributed various gifts towards the lottery.
