On the 28th October the Venture Unit took part in the National
Rally for Venture Scouts. The National Rally is a competition between Venture Scouts
Units in which the Units had to cover a route of 12kms by plotting it on a map. The
route had to be covered in 3.5hrs and on the way the Units had four ‘incident’ points
in which the ventures were tested in General and Scout knowledge, Pioneering and
Rescue knots, First-Aid and General Scouts crafts. This year the course was from
Rabat (Roman Villa) to Ghajn Tuffieha car park.
